Strawberry Shortcake Oats

Ingredients:

5 heaped tbsp oats

1/4 cup almond milk

1/2 cup boiling water

1 tsp honey

2 heaped tbsp Onken fat free strawberry yoghurt

Handful frozen berries

 

1 meringue nest, crushed

Handful raspberries

Handful pistachios


Method:

1) Place your oats in a saucepan with the almond milk and boiling water.

2) Add the honey, strawberry yoghurt and frozen berries and stir until creamy and smooth

3) Transfer your oats to a bowl and top with the crushed meringue, raspberries and pistachios.
