We’re on a mission to change the way the world see’s ‘healthy’

Six years ago Jasmine decided to take the natural path to healing and swapped her anti-depressants for a healthy diet.

Seeing and feeling the results so quickly made her eager to keep nourishing her body with real foods, but not being one to compromise on flavour she became passionate about making ‘healthy’ more interesting.

She’s been cooking holistically for five years now and is keen to teach others how tasty our healing journey can be!

That’s why in 2019 we look forward to bringing you our Discussion Dinners which will be held weekly to bring individuals together in safe, open and honest spaces to talk all things taboo while learning how awesome holistic dining can be.
