Fried Banana Breakfast Oats

Ingredients:

1 banana, sliced in half                                                            

1/2 cup porridge oats                                                   

150ml almond milk         

1 tsp cinnamon

A squeeze of maple syrup

Handful of blueberries     

Handful of pecans      

1 tbsp cherry yoghurt

Frylight  or olive oil             

 

Method:

1) Place your oats, almond milk, a teaspoon of cinnamon and a squeeze of maple syrup in a pan over a medium heat and cook for approx 6-8 mins until smooth and creamy.

2) In a separate pan, spray some Frylight and lightly cook the sliced banana until golden brown on each side.

3) Place your oats in a bowl, top with the banana and add the yoghurt, nuts, and fruit to serve.
